20k Under the JUICE
Plot:
Earth has become uninhabitable for any life form after severe climate change from pollution and resource exploitation. Humans fled the planet in search of a new home but never finding one quite as perfect as Earth was, they're forces to find resources on neighboring planets.
Year 3686: Captain Nemo, a famous space traveler and resource collector is sent to Planet RC which is suspected to be the new hope for humanity's survival. Nemo goes MIA, seemingly from unfit conditions of the planet's atmosphere and life.
Planet Rc is then restricted by the government to prohibit any further resource collection or personal/tourist explorations.
Year 3708: Ned, well known for his exploration expertise, is approached by a biologist, Professor Arronax, with a strange curiosity for Planet RC. The biologist convinces Ned to take the Prof. to Planet RC with a huge sum of money.
